Los Angeles - Mischa Barton will accept a plea deal in her DUI case, sparing her any jail time, a source tells PEOPLE.
The former O.C. star will plead no contest to DUI at her arraignment Thursday in Beverly Hills court, and agree to serve a three-year unsupervised probation term, the source says.
"That has always been the plan, but we don't know exactly how the deal will go down," the Barton insider said.

Los Angeles - Pamela Anderson is getting her own reality tv show it was announced today.
Anderson, 40, is starring in a "docu-style series" on E! this summer ingeniously titled Pamela.

The party took place at the Ever After Teahouse in Studio City, and about 30 guest attended, including Kim Kardashian and Rashida Jones.
