
Toronto - Feist was the big winner at Canada’s Juno Awards last night.
Her awards included, best single of the year and best pop album of the year.
As Feist took to the stage to collect her first statuette, Single of the Year for hit ‘1234’, she said: “I wrote down a load of stuff to say on my arm. Should I try to chip through it?”
Later, when her LP ‘The Reminder’ was named Pop Album of the Year, she added: “I am so grateful. I forgot to say that last time.”
Feist, 32, also walked away with Artist of the Year, Album of the Year and Songwriter of the Year.
Michael Buble had been nominated for five prizes, but only picked up the Juno Fan Choice Award.
